Laboratory Selection & Management
Pembrooke receives continuous electronic downloads from seven national laboratories. In some cases, the best solution for a client may be the use of more than one lab. Factors such as geography, cost, and type of testing are considered when selecting a lab for a particular client. We will evaluate your needs and propose an appropriate and convenient solution for you.
Medical Review Officer (MRO) Services
Pembrooke employs Medical Review Officers in our Richmond, VA headquarters and throughout the United States. All Pembrooke MROs are certified by the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AAMRO). In addition to having expertise in pharmacology, toxicology, and all aspects of drug and alcohol abuse, Pembrooke's MROs provide consultation to employers on program management issues. A staff of six full time employees supports the Medical Review Officers. The Medical Review department call center operates from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM on Friday (Eastern Time). Additional hours are available as cases dictate.
Random Testing / Program Administration
Pembrooke's proprietary software offers clients a robust and flexible tool for accomplishing random selection program objectives. Whether you have complex employee pooling requirements, irregular selection frequencies, or other program requirements, Pembrooke's solution will meet your needs. We also offer a variety of reporting features to help you monitor random selections and remain compliant with any applicable regulations or company requirements.
After Hours/Post Accident Testing and On-Call Support
Pembrooke is aware of the importance in providing clients with emergency after hours support for drug testing and our goal is to provide timely, reliable service to all customers at all times. We provide a dependable team that is available to support enrolled clients with post accident service from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM on Friday (Eastern Time).
