Quality Network of Collection Sites
Pembrooke maintains a national network of over 10,000 collection sites that are actively managed using a proprietary quality scoring system. Utilizing real-time data gathered from lab downloads and internal reviews of Chain of Custody forms, Pembrooke is able to quantify error rates and categorize the severity of those errors by collection site. This quality metric in conjunction with pricing and location information allows Pembrooke to assign clients to sites that not only meet their specific needs but also deliver a high-level of service.
We make certain that each site in our network of collection facilities has been trained in accordance with the Department of Transportation’s Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing (49 CFR Part 40). Pembrooke administers a rigorous quality control program that oversees initial and ongoing drug collection management and training. This process ensures that specimens will be collected professionally and will arrive at the laboratory unadulterated and free of transcription errors.
