Driver Qualification File Management

Pembrooke realizes the importance of having qualified drivers with records that satisfy all industry driving requirements. Pembrooke’s Driver Qualification Management (PDQ) System is a valuable resource for overcoming the challenges associated with FMCSA, Part 391 compliance.

For many companies, from large corporations to small family businesses, it is difficult to identify which employees need a DQ file.  We help our customers define their roster of DQ-required employees by asking the right questions and analyzing data from customer payroll and HR records. In addition, we will create a process to regularly update that information in the PDQ database.
